After humble beginnings as a instore Christmas display in 2004 Albi the Dutch Oliphant (elephant) has become quite famous.
Created for Nest Homewares and inspired by my Dutch grandfather and his national kids' fable about an elephant, Albi has helped transform Nest the Brand with a large proportion of Nest dedicated to Albi products…. bed linen, canvas art works and baby clothes. Other creatures I created for Nest include Charlie bird, Misty and Monkey.
